It is a Trade Union of retired workers, organized as a federation within the general free tradeunions Confederation CISL. Its main offices are localized in Rome, employing about 50 specialized operators, continuously connected with local specialized operators diffused all around in the about 100 provinces in Italy. The network among the operators could be very much improved by the use of digital tools. They could make better their job and train the registered retired workers to use those tools, reducing/overcoming the digital divide against the aged people still present in Italy.
